We are an official Trinity SELT Exam Preparation Centre and also an official Trinity speaking and listening exam centre so you can take the Trinity speaking and listening exams here at the Academy.
We offer B1 SELT preparation courses throughout the year. These are 5 week courses to make sure learners are familiar with the tasks, have lots of practice, are prepared and know how to pass the exam.
If you need to take the B1 SELT test but your spoken English is only around A2/A2+ level we recommend a longer preparation course at Elementary, A2/A2+ level to build your skills first.
You will receive expert guidance and support from our tutor to help you achieve your goals. Each learner will focus on the parts of the test which they need to improve on. We are flexible and can run small groups of no more than 8 learners or individual 1:1 sessions. Please come in to see us now to enrol onto any of these courses

We organise Trinity speaking and listening exams online via Zoom or conduct in-class testing in all skills areas at the Academy at the end of each semester to every learner who wishes to take one.
We can offer sessions once a week where you can work on your weaker areas in order to prepare for the IELTS test.
You will be supported by an experienced ESOL tutor who can help you through the process.
When you’re ready, you can enter yourself for the IELTS test (centres are in Manchester and Liverpool)
Exam preparation for IELTS is available for individuals who require this qualification at either general or academic level.
Preparation for Trinity exams in speaking and listening for immigration or citizenship status in the UK.
Taken during your class time, testing speaking, listening, reading, writing and grammar You need to score 60% or above to receive a pass with all information included on your Academy certificate
Do you need to take an English test to study or work in healthcare in the UK? You will study English through relevant, real-life contexts. You will improve your specialist vocabulary knowledge which is required to pass the test. Please contact us for information.
