Speaking and listening with confidence!

In collaboration with Gousto, we designed and delivered an ESOL course on site in Omega, Warrington, to improve the speaking and listening skills of warehouse workers. The course was created with flexibility at its core, to suit shift patterns.

We guided the learners to increase their confidence and communication skills. It was very practical with everyday vocabulary and role play.

The group took a Trinity ESOL speaking and listening exam at the end of the course. I am pleased to report that everyone passed this external qualification! 100% success rate! Congratulations and thank you for your hard work!
